Job Title: Resident Liaison Officer - Social Housing Planned Works

Salary: 30,000 - 34,500 + Car Allowance or Company Vehicle

Role Overview:
3D Personnel is partnering with a leading main contractor to recruit proactive and experienced Resident Liaison Officers. You will play a crucial role in delivering planned works and refurbishment projects for social housing. The position involves engaging with residents to provide support, resolve concerns, and ensure smooth communication during maintenance and major works programmes. A key focus will be maintaining high levels of tenant satisfaction while preventing issues from escalating.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage relationships with residents during planned maintenance and refurbishment works.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for residents, addressing concerns and providing project updates.
- Oversee pre-entry visits and company inductions for tenants.
- Assist with the collection of tenancy approval forms.
- Liaise with housing associations and foster positive relations with local communities.
- Attend tenant forum meetings and chair discussions regarding upcoming works.
- Visit properties under refurbishment and advise tenants on project timelines and completion dates.
Essential Qualifications & Skills:
- At least 1 year of experience as a Resident Liaison Officer, ideally in social housing or planned maintenance.
- Full, clean driving licence with access to a vehicle (company car provided).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Experience with the Decent Homes programme is highly desirable.
