Position: ECT Primary Teacher

Responsibilities - ECT Primary Teacher:
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans in accordance with the national curriculum, catering to the needs of diverse learners.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes active learning and student engagement.
- Provide effective assessment and feedback to monitor students' progress and support their individual development.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers, parents, and support staff to ensure a well-rounded educational experience for all students.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to students' academic performance and overall well-being.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and stay abreast of educational trends.
Requirements- ECT Primary Teacher:
- A recognised teaching qualification and QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) in primary education.
- Newly qualified teachers are encouraged to apply; however, experienced ECTs are also welcome.
- Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and an ability to deliver engaging and differentiated lessons.
- Excellent classroom management skills, fostering a positive learning environment.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with colleagues, students, and parents.
- Dedication to continuous professional development and a passion for lifelong learning.
