Primary Teacher - Key Stage 2

Are you an enthusiastic and dedicated Primary Teacher looking for a Key Stage 2 role in a supportive and well-established school? We are seeking an experienced and committed teacher to join a thriving primary school in Islington, where you will play a key role in shaping young learners' educational journeys.
The Role:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and creative lessons in line with the KS2 National Curriculum.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment where all students can thrive.
- Assess, track, and monitor student progress to ensure high achievement.
- Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, SEN staff, and fellow teachers to support pupils' individual needs.
- Engage with parents and carers to communicate progress and support home learning.
- Take part in staff meetings, training, and extracurricular activities to contribute to the wider school community.
Experience & Skills Required:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant teaching experience in KS2.
- Strong classroom management skills with the ability to maintain a structured and positive environment.
- A nurturing and patient approach, supporting children's emotional and social development.
- Confidence in delivering lessons across English, Maths, Science, and Foundation subjects.
- Ability to differentiate learning to meet a range of abilities, including SEN and EAL students.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, working effectively with colleagues, parents, and external professionals.
