Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Nursery practitioner to join our exceptional team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of early childhood education principles and a commitment to creating a supportive and enriching environment for young learners. Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, prepare, and implement EYFS and Montessori curriculum with activities in alignment with the nursery’s educational goals.
  • Create a warm, welcoming, and safe classroom environment where children can explore, discover, and grow.
  • Observe and assess each child’s progress, documenting and reporting findings to parents and caregivers.
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive classroom culture that respects and values diversity.
  • Engage with parents and guardians, providing regular updates on their child's development and addressing any concerns.
  • Work closely with a diverse team of international educators, sharing insights and best practices to enhance the learning experience.
  • Participate in professional development opportunities to continuously improve teaching skills and stay updated with Montessori practices.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Early Years Qualification (Level 3 Childcare or Equivalent/Above) and relevant Montessori Experience non-essential but welcomed.
  • Proven experience as a Nursery Practitioner, preferably in a nursery or early years setting.
  • Strong understanding of child development principles and the ability to implement age-appropriate activities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with children, parents, and staff.
  • A genuine passion for early childhood education and a commitment to the Montessori philosophy.
