- UK QTS essential, with a strong academic background
- A skilled and reflective teacher with a strong track record of securing excellent outcomes for pupils.
- Have a passion for inclusive, engaging and purposeful teaching.
- Someone who is highly organised and motivated, with strong classroom management skills and high expectations for all pupils.
- A Primary Class Teacher who embodies ambition, resilience, kindness, and respect, modelling these values for pupils.
- Believe in every child’s potential to succeed and have the creativity to bring learning to life.
- Demonstrate commitment to their own professional development and contribute to the life of the school beyond the classroom.
- Show enthusiasm for collaborative working, with a willingness to share and develop best practice within and beyond the school.
