About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Primary Teacher to join our vibrant school, teaching a KS2 class. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced teacher to help shape the education and future of our students in a supportive and creative environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, delivering, and assessing engaging lessons that inspire and challenge students to reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver high-quality lessons across the KS2 curriculum.
- Create an inclusive, engaging, and supportive classroom environment.
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback to students and parents.
- Use a range of teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of all learners.
- Foster a positive and respectful classroom culture that promotes personal growth and development.
- Work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure the best outcomes for students.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure effective communication with parents and colleagues.
Key Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience teaching in a KS2 setting.
- Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum and assessment procedures.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- A passion for teaching and helping children reach their potential.
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
- A positive and proactive approach to teaching.
