- Hold QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
- A degree from a top UK University

- Be enthusiastic, energetic, and dedicated to making a positive impact on students' learning
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Be able to work collaboratively within a supportive team of educators
