Position: Reception Teacher with Early Years Lead
Working Hours: Full-Time

Are you an experienced and passionate educator ready to inspire and lead in Early Years? We are seeking a dedicated Reception Teacher with Early Years Lead responsibilities to join a welcoming and supportive one-form entry primary school in Hammersmith.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach a vibrant and engaging Reception class, fostering a love for learning in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
  • Lead and oversee the Early Years provision, ensuring high standards of teaching, learning, and care.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement an enriched and inclusive EYFS curriculum.
  • Support and mentor staff within the Early Years team to promote professional growth and excellence.
  • Build positive relationships with pupils, parents, and the wider school community.


Qualifications and Experience:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with significant experience teaching in the Early Years Foundation Stage.
  • Proven leadership experience or readiness to take on leadership responsibilities.
  • Deep understanding of EYFS pedagogy, curriculum, and assessment.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
