This Primary School are flourishing with a 'GOOD' OFSTED score ensuring the conclusive learning experience is sufficient for all. They are looking for a Primary Teacher that is willing to go above and beyond, setting themselves a standard that aligns with becoming 'OUTSTANDING' on OFSTED.
To succeed as a Primary Teacher you must be able to:
- Have a broad understanding of the different ways children learn and the appropriateness of varied teaching styles across a classroom maximising children's needs.
- Produce an ability to maintain effective classroom discipline in a positive context and to promote well-ordered and self-disciplined behaviour throughout the school.
- Plan, prepare and execute lessons that are engaging and interactive whilst following the EYFS & KS1 national curriculum.
- Support and work as a team whilst working towards & following career aspirations.
