Salary: Main Pay Scale to Upper Pay Scale (33,413 - 53,994 per annum)
Contract: Full-Time, Permanent or temp-to-perm

Overview: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Primary Teacher to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective lessons, fostering a positive learning environment, and contributing to the school's continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and Deliver Lessons: Create and implement lesson plans that align with the national curriculum, catering to the diverse needs of students.
- Assess Student Progress: Regularly evaluate student performance through formative and summative assessments, providing constructive feedback to support their development.
- Classroom Management: Establish and maintain a positive classroom environment that encourages student engagement and respectful behavior.
- Collaborate with Colleagues: Work closely with fellow teachers, support staff, and school leadership to share best practices and contribute to curriculum development.
- Engage with Parents/Carers: Communicate effectively with parents and carers regarding student progress, addressing any concerns and fostering a strong home-school partnership.
- Continuous Professional Development: Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and stay updated with educational best practices.
Person Specification:
- Qualifications: Must hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Experience: At least one year of teaching experience in the UK, preferably within a primary school setting.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of the national curriculum and effective teaching methodologies.
- Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Ability to differentiate instruction to meet diverse learning needs.
- Attributes: Enthusiastic, empathetic, and committed to fostering a positive learning environment.
