Primary Teacher Role: We are seeking a dedicated Primary Teacher to join the team full-time from April Half Term. The ideal Primary Teacher will have a proven track record of delivering engaging and effective lessons, tailored to meet the diverse needs of pupils in a Year 3 class.
Primary Teacher Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons in line with the national curriculum.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes the development of each student.
- Use a range of teaching strategies and resources to inspire and motivate pupils.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing regular feedback and reports.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and share best practices.
- Maintain a safe and supportive learning environment.
Primary Teacher Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with relevant experience in KS2.
- Demonstrable success in teaching KS2 students, with the ability to differentiate instruction.
- Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and assessment methods.
- Excellent classroom management skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Commitment to continuous professional development.
