Your Role as a Year 3 Teacher:
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum
- Foster a positive and structured learning environment with effective behaviour management strategies
- Differentiate teaching to meet the needs of all learners, ensuring every child reaches their full potential
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and external professionals to support student progress
- Monitor, assess, and provide feedback on student learning and development
What We're Looking For:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification
- Experience teaching in Key Stage 2, preferably Year 3
- Strong behaviour management skills with the ability to create a calm and focused classroom
- A creative and enthusiastic approach to teaching that inspires young learners
- Commitment to fostering a nurturing and inclusive learning environment
