Mortgage Administrator - Financial Planning & Mortgage Advisory Practice

Location: Central London (Hybrid - 2/3 days WFH)

Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 + Bonus & Excellent Benefits

We’re partnering with a leading firm that provides holistic financial advice to a diverse client base. Due to continued growth, they are seeking a Mortgage Administrator to join their high-performing team and provide vital support to a team of experienced Mortgage Brokers.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Supporting brokers with case management from application through to completion
  • Liaising with lenders, solicitors, and clients to ensure a smooth mortgage journey
  • Preparing and submitting mortgage and protection applications
  • Keeping CRM systems up to date and maintaining accurate records
  • Handling compliance requirements and documentation checks
  • Providing first-class service to clients throughout the mortgage process

Salary & Package:

  • Salary: Circa £30,000 - £40,000 (depending on experience)
