This is a remote role, ideal for someone who thrives on autonomy while being an integral part of a high-performing team. - Support the Director with residential and commercial mortgage cases, including clients with complex and unique income structures.
- Liaise with brokers, lenders, solicitors, and clients to ensure a seamless process.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance throughout each case.
- Conduct in-depth research to match client needs with the most suitable mortgage solutions.
- Provide a consistently excellent level of service to ensure client satisfaction.
The Mortgage Paraplanner Package
- Salary: £30,000 plus annual bonus.
- Hours: 9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday.
- Fully flexible Local to London - with the option to work from home
- Holidays: 25 days + Bank Holidays.

Mortgage Paraplanner Skills and Experience Required
- Proven experience in residential and commercial mortgage administration or paraplanning.
- Strong knowledge of the mortgage market, particularly complex income structures.

- Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
