  • Support the Director with residential and commercial mortgage cases, including clients with complex and unique income structures.
  • Liaise with brokers, lenders, solicitors, and clients to ensure a seamless process.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance throughout each case.
  • Conduct in-depth research to match client needs with the most suitable mortgage solutions.
  • Provide a consistently excellent level of service to ensure client satisfaction.

The Mortgage Paraplanner Package

  • Salary: £30,000 plus annual bonus.
  • Hours: 9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday.
  • Fully flexible Local to London - with the option to work from home
  • Holidays: 25 days + Bank Holidays.
  • Pension contributions.

Mortgage Paraplanner Skills and Experience Required

  • Proven experience in residential and commercial mortgage administration or paraplanning.
