Mortgage Underwriter (BTL Lending)
A fantastic opportunity is available for a Mortgage Underwriter to join our client, a highly successful property finance lender. As a Mortgage Underwriter you will assist with the underwriting of BTL cases inline with company policy.
Excellent career prospects.
Role will offer some flexibility to work from home but will also require weekly travel to the office.
Experience for the role of Mortgage Underwriter required:
- Minimum 3 years experience in an mortgage underwriting or credit risk analysis role
- Experience of manual mortgage underwriting
- Must hold a mortgage underwriting mandate
- Experience of BTL lending (Professional , Portfolio Lending, Ltd Company, HMO)
- Has experience working for a mortgage lender / property finance lender / private bank.
- Quick learner, ability to adapt and evolve.
- Self starter
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbally and written
- Good time management skills
- IT literate: Competent MS Office skills and ability to adapt to internal systems.
- Ambitious, proactive, and hungry to progress within the company
Up to £55k Basic + Great Bonus potential + Benefits (Dependent on experience)
