I have partnered with a leading UK property consultancy who are on the lookout for a dynamic Estate & Facilities Manager to join their esteemed team based in the heart of Central London.
As an Estate & Facilities Manager, you will be at the forefront of overseeing a diverse portfolio that includes retail, commercial, and residential properties. Your role will be pivotal in providing strategic direction to both direct and outsourced on-site teams, ensuring the highest standards are met and maintained.
Reporting into the Regional Director, you will play a senior position to your portfolio and team of two. You will collaborate closely with various on-site central teams to maximise and deliver high standards.
You will be responsible for delivering Health, Safety, and Facilities Management services. This includes implementing all agreed services levels for both Hard and Soft services and property strategy.
Offering an annual salary around 66,000, a discretionary bonus and additional benefits that make this role even more rewarding. Looking for someone with a robust background in Facilities Management and health and safety knowledge (NEBOSH qualification is preferred).
