As a Distribution Coordinator, you'll play a pivotal role in the smooth and efficient movement of goods throughout our clients' network. Working closely with suppliers, logistics partners, and restaurant teams, you'll ensure that our kitchens are stocked and ready to deliver the quality meals our client is famous for.

Description

  • Coordinate the distribution of inventory from suppliers to regional hubs and restaurant locations, ensuring timely and cost-effective deliveries.
  • Manage relationships with suppliers, logistics providers, and internal teams to optimise the supply chain.
  • Oversee inventory levels to avoid stock shortages and surplus, maintaining accurate records and tracking KPIs.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulatory requirements in all stages of the distribution process.
  • Identify opportunities for efficiency improvements and implement solutions to enhance distribution operations.
  • Resolve any distribution-related issues in a timely and professional manner, working closely with internal stakeholders.

Profile

  • Previous experience in logistics, distribution, or supply chain coordination, preferably within the food and beverage industry.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Proficiency in supply chain management software and MS Office Suite.
