Job Opportunity: Repairs Planner - Responsive Maintenance Team
We're seeking an organised and proactive Repairs Planner to join a leading property services provider within the Responsive Maintenance division. You'll play a crucial role in delivering exceptional planning support for social housing contracts and reactive maintenance appointments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficient Scheduling: Plan and manage daily diaries for up to 20 operatives, ensuring maximum productivity and timely response to new tasks.
- Emergency Management: Monitor the system for urgent works and allocate tasks promptly to meet targets.
- Variation Handling: Respond to on-the-spot telephone variations, gaining surveyor approval to keep projects on track.
- Client Interaction: Provide high-quality, face-to-face customer service, maintaining strong client relationships.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the team to meet and exceed daily targets, allocating a minimum of 60 new orders per day.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience as a scheduler/planner, ideally within repairs or maintenance planning.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills to manage a high-volume workload effectively.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, both face-to-face and over the phone.
