Temp - Perm Driver / Yard Operative
Our client is seeking someone who enjoys a varied and hands on role who is happy to work as part of a small and friendly team. You will load deliveries/a-frames and pallets, make timely deliveries/pallets and make timely deliveries to London sites in a 3.5 tonne van.
You will unload curtain side trucks and contains with forklift and mobile crane (training given), control flow of products to factory for production, control flow of waste into the yard and take strict control of consumables stored in the yard. You will also assist with general labouring and keep all work areas clean and tidy.
The successful candidate will have the following skills:- Health & Safety Awareness - ability to follow and enforce a safe working environment at all times.- Clean drivers licence. Able to drive Transit van sized vehicles and flat-bed truck.- Manual Handling.- Basic IT skills needed for emails and stock control to assist Yard Manager.- Good communication skills.- A great 'can-do’ attitude.

You will be available to start work on a temp - perm basis.
