Position: Music Teacher

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and deliver engaging music lessons to students of varying ages and abilities
* Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and creativity
* Demonstrate good subject and curriculum knowledge
* Plan and teach well-structured lessons
* Manage behaviour effectively to ensure a good and safe learning environment
* Promote good progress and outcomes by pupils
* A teacher must set high expectations which inspire, motivate and challenge pupils
* Plan, prepare, and implement a balanced and diverse music curriculum
* Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support
* Organise and direct school concerts, performances, and music-related events
* Collaborate with colleagues to integrate music education into cross-curricular activities
* Maintain classroom instruments and resources, ensuring they are used effectively and safely
* Encourage students' personal growth through individual and group music projects
