Tradewind are recruiting! Are you looking for your next role teaching Music in a school located in Newham?

We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Music Teacher to join this Client from February to July 2025 on a full-time basis. This is an exciting opportunity to teach Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 students in a supportive and well-resourced environment.

The Role:

  • Plan and deliver engaging Music lessons to Key Stage 3 & 4 students.
  • Foster a love of music through creative and dynamic teaching approaches.
  • Prepare students for assessments and performances, helping them to develop their musical skills and confidence.
  • Participate in extracurricular activities such as school concerts, music clubs, and productions.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure high-quality teaching and learning.

Person Specification:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • A degree in Music or a related field.
  • Experience teaching Music at Key Stage 3 & 4.
  • Strong classroom management skills and the ability to inspire students.
  • Commitment to providing an inclusive and engaging learning environment.
  • Enthusiasm for contributing to the wider school community through music-related extracurricular activities.
