Are you a passionate and dedicated Music Teacher looking for a new opportunity? We are currently working with a fantastic secondary school in Manor Park, who are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Music Teacher to join their team on a full-time basis. This role will involve a combination of teaching music and general cover across a range of subjects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality music lessons to students across a range of year groups.
  • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons that align with the curriculum.
  • Provide general cover teaching for a variety of subjects as required.
  • Support the development of students’ musical talents and encourage their participation in school music activities.
  • Work collaboratively with the wider teaching team to ensure an effective and positive learning environment.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Experience teaching music in a secondary school setting.
  • Ability to cover a variety of subjects with a flexible and positive approach.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with students.
  • A passion for music education and helping students achieve their potential.
