Job Vacancy: Part-Time Music TeacherLocation: Primary School in Merton
Start Date: 4th November
We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Music Teacher to join our primary school in Merton on a part-time basis (3-4 days a week) starting after the half-term on 4th November. This position will run through the term, with the potential to extend.
Role Details:
- Schedule: 3-4 days per week
- Location: Merton
- Duration: 1 term initially, with the potential for extension
Responsibilities:
- Inspire students with engaging, interactive music lessons
- Develop a love of music and foster creativity through a variety of musical activities
- Support individual student growth and adapt teaching to a range of abilities
- Collaborate with school staff to enrich the school's music curriculum
Ideal Candidate:
- Qualified in Music Education (QTS preferred) with experience in primary education
- Passionate about teaching and able to inspire young learners
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to connect with students
- Flexible, adaptable, and ready to create a vibrant, musical learning environment
