As an Energy Specialist in our London Hub, you'll be at the forefront of customer operations, but with a twist. We're seeking individuals who excel in delivering high-quality customer service while embracing the excitement of testing and trialling new products and experiences. Your role is pivotal in owning the end-to-end customer experience, ensuring exceptional service with every interaction. From resolving billing queries to tackling meter mysteries, you'll leave our customers delighted at every turn.

  • Competitive salary: £24,195 - £26,010 per annum, dependent on experience, with additional London allowance

  • Hybrid working approach: Split your week between home and our hub (typically 2-3 days in the office)
