A Global technology company, known for their iconic products are looking for an experienced Platform Specialist to join the Ad Platforms team. Candidates MUST have a background in Performance Advertising and have worked with high profile global clients.

This role is London based with 3 days in the office and 2 wfh. We cannot consider remote candidates for this position.

This role requires expertise in data analysis, account optimisation, and clear communication skills with clients. The role will focus on driving client growth and delivering exceptional customer service. As a hands-on, client-facing account manager within the Global Enterprise Accounts team, you'll work directly with both direct and agency customers.

  • Analyse data, optimise accounts, and communicate insights clearly to clients.
  • Drive client growth and deliver top-tier customer service.
  • Manage direct and agency accounts with Global Enterprise Accounts.
  • Own and develop key strategic accounts through in-person, video, and phone interactions.
  • Provide campaign optimisation recommendations to achieve business goals.
  • Build long-term client partnerships through travel and virtual engagement.
  • Collaborate with Client Partners (sales team) and cross-functional teams (marketing, product, measurement).
  • Share market insights to enhance product development.
  • Contribute to an inclusive, results-driven team culture focused on revenue and customer satisfaction.

Skills required -

  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop action plans.
  • Strong collaboration skills, fostering teamwork and shared success.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (in-person, video, phone).
  • Proficiency in Keynote (preferred) and Excel for data analysis.
  • Ability to analyse data, provide actionable recommendations, and identify up sell opportunities.
  • Educate clients on solutions, offering strategic media, measurement, and creative support.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to react quickly and deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Professional, positive, and adaptable across teams and time zones.
