CAMPAIGN PRODUCERLocation: London - HybridDay Rate: £403 - £453 (PAYE) per day.Start Date: ASAPDuration: 24-month contract.My client is seeking highly organised, results-driven CAMPAIGN PRODUCER to manage the end-to-end execution of high-volume marketing campaigns across Europe. In this role, you'll work with cross-functional teams-including marketing, creative, design, and production-to ensure flawless asset delivery for below-the-line channels. You'll be responsible for optimizing workflows, improving efficiency, and driving innovation in campaign production.This is a fantastic role to work with a premium streaming service that offers customers thousands of popular movies and TV shows. - Lead and execute large-scale campaigns, ensuring assets are delivered on time and to the highest standard.
- Optimize workflows by identifying areas for automation and process improvement.
- Collaborate with marketing, creative, and production teams to align messaging and strategy.
- Troubleshoot production challenges, mitigate risks, and proactively manage timelines.
A Typical Day in The Role:
- Manage all operational aspects of a campaign including workflow, timelines and allocation of resource.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams and external agencies to assess project requirements, obtain approvals, and ensure efficient development and delivery of assets as per the production plan.
- Ensure appropriate processes are in place to deliver on time and to the highest quality.
- Anticipate and effectively mitigate problems, manage day-to-day escalations and troubleshoot production issues.
- Consistently communicate to stakeholders about updates on progress, relevant delays or issues, and budget or timing implications.
- Proactively recognize cross-functional bottlenecks, challenges and workflow constraints and provide operational solutions.
What We're Looking For:- Minimum of two years' experience of project management.- Experience within entertainment/media/streaming industry.- Experience working with Project Management software to managethe life cycle of a job (e.g. timings, milestones, approvals).- Experience managing a high volume of projects at once, whileworking with geographically dispersed teams.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Expert attention to detail and organisational skills and the ability toprioritize, monitor, and manage workload.- Detailed knowledge of the workflow within a marketing, production company or digital creative department.- Understanding of digital file and folder management systems (e.g. DAM).- Static and AV Production experience.- Experience managing industry/marketing body approvals (e.g. Clearcast).- Experience working with global cross functional teams.- Expert attention to detail and organizational skills and the ability to prioritize, monitor, and manage workload.Ready to take on a high-impact role in a global entertainment powerhouse?
