The Advocate Group are exclusively partnering with a global spirits business, searching for a Commercial Marketing Executive, focussing on the Convenience channel.

You will be responsible for coordinating the delivery and effective execution of brand experiences with customers like Coop / Nisa, Marks & Spencer, Booker, John Lewis, Booths and Costco.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and deliver activations aligned with channel plans.
  • Implement the Commercial Marketing Strategy across Convenience accounts.
  • Partner with customers to enhance brand value and performance.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales on partnerships and activations.
  • Support the activation calendar around key brand moments.
  • Manage innovation launch plans in Convenience.
  • Monitor KPIs, optimise campaigns, and ensure clear ROI.
  • Collect activation insights and report to the Insights & Reporting Manager.
  • Research and share competitor insights and best practices.
  • Contribute to brand planning and strategy to drive growth.

About you:

  • Experience in Customer/Trade/Shopper Marketing within an FMCG environment (Drinks Industry preferred)
  • Demonstrable experience of planning and delivering activations in a range of customers, ensuring the needs of the business and the needs of the customer are met.
  • Knowledge of UK Retail landscape.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Ability to understand and utilise category insights to inform activation plans.
  • Passion for the world of spirits, an interest to join a growing business & the desire to make your mark!
