CRM Personalisation Specialist - CDPLocation: Hybrid working, Central London offices, 10 days in every month.Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 plus 10% bonus, pension, healthcare, life assurance, etc.
This is a chance to learn something new and jump into the world of CDP’s with both feet. Taking the experience you have in CRM Ops, creating data led campaigns and what you know about what makes highly effective personalised customer experiences; and enables you to activate all that data into a unified single view of the customer to orchestrate experience across all channels.
You’ll be joining a team of 20+ people and be part of the company’s centralised CRM team. They happen to have one of the largest customer bases in the UK, with around 50% of UK households signed up.
They’ve been going through something of a transformation this year of their CRM practice. Introducing a series of new martech and data transformation, all so they can level up their customer marketing capabilities. Turning them to a world-class capability.
But the journey isn’t complete, and there’s still more to do. The CDP is a big part of this, and the tech is new to the business, so there’s still plenty of scope to help realise. They’ve selected for Tealium this purpose and are prepared to provide training support on the platform itself. So there’s no need to have prior knowledge of the tool.
What you do need to have is a clear data-led mindset in CRM. With this I mean, you understand how customer data is used in CRM to best effect for things like personalisation, triggers, dynamic content, etc. You understand how it’s captured and stored too.
But you’re specifically looking for a role where you’re working on the activation side of things, and are keen to learn new things and pick up new tools and platform knowledge.

Experience Needed
- Must have a solid background within a consumer CRM environment, with good understanding of use of data for things like audience creation and personalisation
- Proficient in various CRM platforms and tools, such as SFMC, CDP’s, Movable Ink, Jacquard, etc.
- Analytical and data literate with the ability to interpret CRM campaign data to identify opportunities to create accurate, targeted and highly personalised experiences
- SQL skills will be beneficial
- Ability to work on complex projects of scale within a CRM campaigns environment
