We're on the hunt for a dynamic Digital Demand Generation Specialist to steer digital marketing endeavours for a growing B2B brand. Stationed at our bustling central London office, you will be at the forefront of digital pipeline generation and conversion by optimising current digital channels and exploring new avenues for lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop & Execute Strategy: Craft and refine a robust demand generation strategy that dovetails with our revenue and market ambitions.
- Campaign Ownership: Lead multi-channel digital campaigns, including paid search & social ads, email marketing, and SMS. Double down on successes and pivot when necessary.
- Lead Nurturing & Conversion: Partner with the CMO and the current marketing team to create lead nurturing programmes and retargeting strategies to prospects through the sales funnel to conversion.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting: Leverage your preferred analytics tools (Google Analytics, Funnel, Mixpanel, etc.) to monitor, analyze, and enhance campaign performance, ensuring maximum ROI.
- Budget Management: Oversee the demand generation budget in close collaboration with the CMO and CFO, maximising efficiency and cost-effectiveness while maintaining a high-quality pipeline.
- Team Collaboration: Work with the sales, branding, content & creative, and product marketing teams to guarantee unified execution.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 3+ years in demand generation, growth marketing, or digital marketing within a B2B or B2C SaaS subscription setting.
- Strategic & Tactical: Adept at balancing long-term strategic goals with day-to-day tactical initiatives.
- Tech Savvy: Proficient in using marketing automation platforms and analytics tools.
- Analytical Prowess: Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
- Collaborative Spirit: Proven experience working closely with sales, product marketing, and branding teams to drive integrated campaigns.
- Creative Thinker: Ability to think outside the box and innovate while remaining results-focused.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and oral English communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.
