TPP are recruiting a proactive Digital Programme Manager on behalf of our client, a well-established charity supporting people facing serious health conditions.

The Role:

As the Digital Programme Manager, you'll take the lead in developing and delivering a digital and content programme that meets user needs whilst driving organisational goals. Collaborating with senior stakeholders and external partners, you'll shape and execute a digital roadmap that addresses evolving priorities and delivers measurable impact.

Main responsibilities:

* Develop and implement a forward-thinking digital roadmap aligned with strategic goals.* Lead a team of specialists, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.* Oversee project prioritisation, resource planning, and process improvements to enhance efficiency.* Work with senior stakeholders to gain alignment and support for key digital initiatives.* Manage budgets, mitigate risks, and ensure compliance with UK regulations.

Essential requirements:

* Solid experience of managing large-scale digital programmes with varied complexities.* Expertise in project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and PRINCE2.* Strong leadership and team management skills.* Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and influencing abilities.* In-depth knowledge of digital strategy, content management, and marketing.* An understanding of data protection, accessibility, and cyber security requirements.
