Walker and Sloan are partnering with an award winning inhouse B2B professional services company in London, as they are keen to bring on board a Paid Media Specialist to join the marketing team on a full time basis.

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Paid Media Specialist to join our marketing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing innovative paid media strategies across various digital platforms to deliver new revenue into the group and drive ROI from paid channels.

This role will suit someone who has been working in a marketing agency and knows how to manage multiple brands at once.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development: Develop comprehensive paid media strategies aligned with our goals and target audience behaviour, utilizing platforms such as Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads predominantly
  • Campaign Management: Plan, implement, and optimize paid media campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor campaign performance metrics, analyze data, and provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness and drive continuous optimization.
  • Budget Management: Manage campaign budgets effectively, allocate resources efficiently, and optimize spending to achieve maximum return on investment.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Rise Group Marketing Manager to align paid media strategies with overall marketing objectives and ensure cohesive campaign execution with input from creative and content.
  • Stay Updated: Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in paid media advertising, and incorporate relevant insights into campaign strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field or equivalent experience.
  • 3 years proven experience in developing and managing paid media campaigns across various platforms, preferably within an agency environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital advertising platforms including Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc. with significant experience in Google Search in particular.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and concisely.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Google Ads and other relevant certifications are a plus.
