Sales Development Representative (SDR) - (With the opportunity to become a Specialist Property Finance Broker)

Location: London (Hybrid, 3 days in the office)

Salary: Up to £50k basic + uncapped commission (OTE £60k+ in Year 1, £100k+ in Year 2)

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Proactively identify, qualify, and engage new prospects via calls, emails, and digital outreach.• Build strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and introducing them to the company’s services.• Manage and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads, ensuring smooth handoffs to the brokerage team.• Work closely with marketing to refine lead-generation strategies and campaigns.• Develop a solid understanding of the commercial property finance sector and position yourself as a trusted advisor.• Show ambition and drive to progress into a Commercial Property Finance Broker role.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven outbound sales experience (e.g., Tech sales, estate agency, or other fast-paced sales environments).• Strong communication skills with the ability to quickly build rapport.• Highly motivated, organised, and eager to develop a long-term career in property finance.• Process-driven and capable of managing multiple priorities effectively.
