Sponsorship Sales Executive - English & German Speaking

Central London office - Hybrid working (3 days in-office) + Travel

Base Salary up to £40,000 (DOE) + Commission + Benefits

Does working with a high-growth international B2B events business selling consultative solutions to global blue-chip clients appeal to you?

Our client, a B2B Media, Conference & Exhibition business is hiring a new Sponsorship Sales professional to join their team based in central London.

The Opportunity

  • Using your German language skills sell sponsorship and exhibition packages to blue-chip clients.
  • Research and contact new prospects and generate new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Implement a consultative and solutions-focused sales approach.
  • Manage the entire sales process from start to finish
  • Manage and grow your own sales pipeline and meet sales targets
  • Create new opportunities for sponsorship and exhibition opportunities at events
  • Work closely with your colleagues in conference production, event marketing and event operations
  • Attend your events and manage sponsors & exhibitors on-site.

About You

  • Graduate with a good degree
  • Fluent in English and German (business level German fluency)
  • A successful track record in b2b sales, such as; Sponsorship sales, Exhibition sales, recruitment, Tech sales etc..
  • Excellent communication skills - written and spoken
  • Ability to build client relationships, confident networker
  • Consultative and solutions-focused sales style
  • Able to use initiative and have a proactive and positive approach to work
  • Interested in developing knowledge
  • Commercial outlook
  • A collaborative team player
