Craft Union are looking for an experienced Operator with a proven track record of offering a varied wet-led offer that would suit this site. You should be able to demonstrate evidence of building sales in a community pub, returning sales on our investment into Sports and weekly entertainment.
Someone who can build relationships with local sports clubs and Charities.
- Two-bedroomed flat arranged spaciously with a lounge, kitchen and bathroom
- The accommodation will benefit from being including in our planned Investment.
- It will be unfurnished, but a cooker and blinds to front and side elevation will be fitted
