Sonic Summary
- Clearfield is looking for a customer care operative for a family-run main contractor working on various sites across the M25.
- The role involves liaising with the head office for job sheets and planning weekly tasks with clients to ensure job completion.
- Candidates should have experience in a similar role or as a finishing foreman, with skills in multitrade construction and strong communication.
- The position requires IT knowledge for recording job completions and preferably an SMSTS qualification.
- The salary is competitive, and candidates should have at least 2 years of relevant experience.
The projects will be spread across the M25 and will be carrying various defect works across completed new build residential projects.
The role will largely be liaising with head office for job sheets, then planning your week directly with clients/tenants to ensure all jobs are completed and recorded.
Experience in a similar role, or finishing foreman will have transferable skills.
Key skills for the role include:
- Experience in multitrade construction work, with tools
- Time management
- Strong communication skills
- IT knowledge for recording of job completions/job sheets
- SMSTS (preferable)
The company are a family run business, with short reporting lines and clear communication throughout all levels to achieve work in a timely manor.
You will have access to a company van as well as a continuous stream of work across various projects.
