Location: Head Office in Canary Wharf, London (Hybrid options available)
Salary/Rate: 11.80ph
Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls, managing both sales and service inquiries.
- Process service requests within the client's applications system.
- Generate sales by identifying customer needs and creating excitement about our offerings.
- Modify, cancel, or confirm bookings as required.
- Upsell additional products, services, and extended stays.
Key Competencies:
- Fluent in Dutch.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Team-oriented with a proactive approach to meet performance targets.
- Natural sales ability with a customer-centric mindset.
- Previous experience in customer service or sales.
