This is a unique and exciting opportunity to provide exceptional service during the evening and night hours, ensuring that the needs of an elite and discerning clientele are met with impeccable attention to detail and absolute discretion.

As a Luxury Night Concierge, you will be responsible for offering bespoke services that anticipate the needs of high-net-worth individuals, managing a wide range of luxury requests and ensuring a seamless and memorable experience from dusk until dawn.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide tailored, high-end concierge services throughout the evening and night, including travel arrangements, restaurant bookings, event coordination, and managing last-minute requests.
• Handle VIP clients’ requests with precision, ensuring complete satisfaction by offering creative solutions and ensuring all expectations are exceeded.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with luxury service providers, venues, and exclusive suppliers to ensure access to elite services.
• Ensure the safety, comfort, and privacy of clients at all times, managing any issues or emergencies swiftly and with discretion.
• Keep the client’s preferences and needs in mind, ensuring their evening plans run smoothly and any unforeseen changes are addressed efficiently.
• Manage bookings, transportation, and other services in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that no request is left unfulfilled.
• Maintain an exceptional level of service, acting as the first point of contact for all client needs throughout the night.
