Job OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated Band 5 Mental Health Nurse to provide compassionate, patient-centered care within the trust's mental health services. You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team, ensuring the well-being and safety of patients while promoting recovery-focused care.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients with mental health conditions.
- Conduct assessments, implement care plans, and monitor patient progress.
- Administer medications and provide therapeutic interventions.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to support patient recovery.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with clinical guidelines.
- NMC registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN).
- Minimum of 6 months NHS experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a team.
