Job Overview:This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified nurse to work in one of London's leading A&E departments, gaining experience in a busy and dynamic environment. Responsibilities:

  • Conduct preliminary patient assessments to determine care needs.
  • Refer patients to departments like radiology, cardiology, or osteopathy.
  • Take over care from Paramedics upon patient arrival.
  • Communicate updates to family members.
  • Analyze test results and maintain detailed notes.
  • Administer dressings, pain relief, antibiotics, and medications.
  • Complete discharge paperwork.
  • Uphold care standards in the Emergency Department.

Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse with valid NMC registration.
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in an ED department.
  • Strong clinical skills and decision-making in high-pressure situations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Dedication to continuous learning and professional development.
