Job Overview

We are currently recruiting a dedicated and enthusiastic Staff Nurse. We are looking for a motivated, innovative Nurse with clinical knowledge and skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to demonstrate suitability and experience for the position. You will need to be flexible, enthusiastic, and passionate about emergency care. To be considered for this role, you will be a Registered Nurse with acute post-registration experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • To be a safe and effective practitioner able to provide high-quality nursing care to patients and support to relatives.
  • To work with support, within a multi-disciplinary team, to provide continuing care to a specified group of patients from admission to discharge.
  • To supervise and teach junior members of staff and learners as appropriate.
  • To maintain personal development with support.
Key Requirements
  • Registered Nurse (RN1) with active NMC registration at the time of starting the appointment.
  • Awareness and understanding of current acute health issues.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other staff members.
  • Ability to communicate effectively (written and verbal).
