Job Overview

We are currently recruiting a dedicated and enthusiastic Staff Nurse for the Emergency Department. The ideal candidate will be motivated, innovative, and possess strong clinical knowledge and communication skills. Flexibility, enthusiasm, and a passion for emergency care are essential. To qualify for this role, you must be a Registered Nurse with acute post-registration experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality nursing care to patients and offer support to relatives in a safe and effective manner.
  • Work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team to ensure continuity of care from admission to discharge.
  • Supervise and teach junior staff members and learners as appropriate.
  • Maintain personal professional development with adequate support.

Key Requirements

  • Registered Nurse (RN1) with active NMC registration at the start of the appointment.
  • Awareness and understanding of current acute health issues.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
