Job Overview:We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Mental Health Nurse to join our team at Northwick Park Hospital. In this role, you will provide high-quality mental health care, support patients with complex needs, and ensure safe and effective treatment within a hospital environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and create individualized care plans for patients with mental health needs.
