About the Role:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Dietitian to join a specialized mental health service in Roehampton. This role focuses on supporting individuals with complex healthcare needs through tailored nutritional therapy, working as part of a multidisciplinary team committed to enhancing patient outcomes. As a Dietitian in this role, you will assess and design individualized nutrition plans that promote health and recovery, contributing to a seamless, integrated care approach. You'll work closely with patients transitioning between different levels of care, ensuring continuity and high standards throughout their recovery journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • You will assess patients' nutritional needs and create individualized care plans to support their treatment and recovery.

  • As a Dietitian, you will monitor and adjust care plans as needed, always ensuring the highest standards of patient-centred care.

What We're Looking For:
