What You’ll Be Doing:As a Band 7 Mental Health Nurse, you will provide compassionate care and support to individuals experiencing mental health challenges. You will be responsible for clinical placement reviews for patient care in both hospital and community placements, adopting a holistic approach to ensure care delivery.
Requirements & Qualifications:To be successful in this role, you will need to be a memeber of a relevant Health and Social Care professional body and have a strong understanding of a complex Mental Health and Mental Health Act Section 117 aftercare responsibilities. Strong clinical assessment, risk management, along with experience working within a multidisciplinary team, are essential. Sound knowledge of the Care Programme Approach (CPA), safeguarding policies, and mental health legislation is also required.
Working Hours & Contract Duration:This role offers a flexible working position, requiring full-time availability (37.5 hours per week). The contract is initially for 3-6 months with a strong possibility of extension based on performance and service needs.
