As a Registered Mental Health Nurse, you'll be responsible for:
- Engaging with patients and managing risk effectively
- Promoting patient involvement in care and treatment
- Working in a therapeutic environment to support patient independence
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists and therapists
- Assessing, planning, and implementing patient care
- Attending multidisciplinary meetings, ward rounds, and CPA meetings
