As a Senior Registered Mental Health Nurse, you will:
- Provide care for patients with acute mental health needs
- Work within a multidisciplinary team including Ward Managers, Charge Nurses, and other healthcare professionals
- Participate in the assessment and treatment of patients
- Ensure adherence to NMC standards and guidelines
- Demonstrate a commitment to quality improvement and change
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues
- Work flexible shift patterns, including days and nights

The ideal Senior Registered Mental Health Nurse will have:
- Valid NMC registration as RMN or RNLD
- At least 2 years of experience in mental health services
- Evidence of post-registration continuing professional development
