About the Role:We are seeking a dedicated Staff Nurse to join our team, delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in a supportive environment. You will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care while supervising junior staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver safe, effective nursing care in line with NMC standards.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to support rehabilitation.
  • Administer medications and monitor patient conditions.
  • Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and safeguarding protocols.
  • Support training, mentoring, and induction of junior staff.
  • Maintain accurate records and participate in clinical audits.
  • Promote dignity, privacy, and patient well-being.

Requirements:
