About the Role:We are seeking a dedicated Staff Nurse to join our team, delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in a supportive environment. You will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care while supervising junior staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver safe, effective nursing care in line with NMC standards.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to support rehabilitation.
- Administer medications and monitor patient conditions.
- Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and safeguarding protocols.
- Support training, mentoring, and induction of junior staff.
- Maintain accurate records and participate in clinical audits.
- Promote dignity, privacy, and patient well-being.
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN.
- Experience in a clinical setting, preferably in rehabilitation or acute care.
- Strong teamwork, leadership, and communication skills.
- Commitment to continuous professional development.
