Day-to-day of the role:- Act as a key person for a group of children, observing and supporting their development.
- Plan and carry out engaging, age-appropriate activities that cater to the needs of each child.
- Provide a safe, secure, and nurturing environment for all children.
- Follow safeguarding procedures and adhere to our policies to ensure the well-being of all children.
- Collaborate with other team members to maintain a supportive and encouraging learning environment.
- NVQ Level 2/3 qualification in childcare.
- Genuine love and enthusiasm for working with children.
- Confident communication skills with both children and adults.
- Ability to work well within a team.
- Professional, hardworking, and committed to delivering high standards of care.
