Your new roleAs the Benefits and Pension specialist, you will be joining the wider EMEA Reward team, to provide support and services to all employee benefits. MUFG's Benefits Strategy aims to attract, motivate and retain high-performing individuals by endeavouring to deliver competitive benefits package.Your main responsibilities will be to provide support to the wider HR function and benefits team, to assist in the delivery of benefit processes in the UK and EMEA region. What you'll need to succeed

  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills, able to adapt style and tone to suit the audience.
  • Excellent financial analytical skills to interpret and understand business performance
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, working with different stakeholders and managing priorities.
  • Experience of managing multiple projects, deadlines and stakeholders
  • Demonstrated the ability to anticipate future trends/consequences and create innovative strategies.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain a professional manner in a busy environment
