Robert Half Office Team are currently recruiting for a Benefits Analyst / Specialist for a 6 month contract, the role is based in Canary Wharf 1 - 2 days per week. You need 4+ years in a similar role.

Duties:

  • Responsible for the administration and management of the organization's benefit plans for specific countries within the EMEA region.

  • The position involves a detailed working knowledge of employee benefits, policies, and procedures and the ability to review complex analytics to resolve employee and vendor issues and manage processes to completion. This position engages with third party vendors, payroll and legal

  • Determines employee benefit practices by benchmarking best practices; researching industry and employment trends; tracking legislation and estimating impact.

  • Recommends employee benefit programs by examining, evaluating, and optimizing employee understanding, acceptance, and interests, costs, regulatory requirements, and competitive advantage.

  • Evaluates proposed employee benefit contracts by studying provisions; estimating impact.Oversees day to day administration of various employee benefit programs in EMEA; explains employee benefits by conducting meetings, preparing written and graphic announcements and responding to requests; assists with annual renewal of benefits contracts.

  • Provides management planning and control information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing employee benefit data and trends.

  • Works with the Total Rewards team, People Team colleagues and other internal and external parties to enhance understanding of benefits proposition in order to attract and retain talentWorks closely with senior benefits team on various projects to include implementation of global benefits technology, redesign of benefit plans and processes, development of employee communication material and annual benefit enrolment.

  • Reviews the company's benefit plans, policies, processes and procedures to identify improvement opportunities and ensure audit readiness and legal compliance with government regulations.Reviews and maintains benefit plan documents and summary plan descriptions held on company intranet

You must have at least 5-8 years experience in a similar role, Benefits Analyst or Benefits manager. We need somebody who can work at a fast paced and carry out BAU as well as working on a project.
